My New Years Journey

Hey you guys. Ok so first and foremost I would like to say HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone!!!! I hope yall had a blessed and safe New Year. Now its time to start with the New Year resolutions. For this year, I decided my New Years resolution would be to become healthier. Since January 4th, I have made it my mission to constantly stay in the gym or do at home workouts. Every morning I wake up at 7, drink me a bottle of water, and take my vitamins.
Its good to drink at least a gallon, or 8 bottles, of water a day. Drinking water helps all of your organs to work better. This helps to cleanse your body of the bad toxins. The results are so great that it also helps eliminate acne as well. It helps your hair and nails to grow and you can tell a difference in your skin.
So I mentioned I take vitamins. Vitamins are good for you because you need this to also help your body to function properly so you can go out and conquer the world. Multivitamins has your essential vitamins that you need. Some are good for bone support and some are good for boosting your metabolism which gives you energy. I take these everyday before starting my day.
Another way to be healthier is to watch what you eat. Some count calories, some stay away from all carbs, and some does portion control. I, myself, do it all. I'm trying to see faster results. Another thing AVOID DIET PILLS! Reason why is because once you get off of them you gain the weight you lost and more. Never skip breakfast. Like they always say "Its the most important meal of the day." Which is true. You have to eat breakfast to get your day started and to give you that energy that you're going to need throughout the day.
Also working out is very essential to good health. You have to stay active everyday. No matter if its a 30 minute walk or jog just do something everyday. Like Terri talked about in her last post Consistency is key. If you make this a lifestyle you will meet your goal weight. One more last thing is to get enough sleep at night. At least 6-8 hours, it will have you feeling refreshed and ready to go.

If you would like to know about workouts that target certain areas just comment below and I can make a collaboration of workouts to help what you're trying to get rid of.
Thank you for your time, God Bless.
